The wording of this bill is overly broad and discreetly bans most 7OH products. 7OH is a naturally occurring alkaloid and metabolite of kratom, an herb that many citizens and veterans rely on to manage their pain without the use of narcotics. Banning 7OH would drive them toward unregulated markets and skyrocket Fentanyl deaths. There have been zero recorded fatal overdoses which identified 7OH as the main cause. Please keep the public safe by keeping 7OH legal for adults.
