This bill is cruel and not thought out- many/most people can not tell if someone is transgender. This bill puts transgender folks in extreme danger. They will appear to be in the wrong bathroom and locker room and subject to attacks. On the same point- cis people could be asked to show proof that they are biologically who they present. All of these anti LBGTQ+ bills are being pushed by the far-right Project 2025/ Freestater agenda. Keep NH free! Vote NO on this bill.
