This bill is an attempt to limit free speech and local autonomy. It would set a precedent that whichever political party is in control could have wide powers of censorship. I doubt anyone - conservative or liberal - wants to see officials in Concord trying to micromanage and interfere with local educators to see if materials can pass their personal purity tests. This is also so blatantly against the first amendment that it would go to court pretty much immediately and cost the state a bunch of money before it could ever be enforced. This is blatant attempt at government censorship of personal freedoms and has no place in NH. Please defeat this bill
