I support this bipartisan bill which proposes to expand the eligibility requirements of net metering to allow larger commercial or institutional energy generators to act as members. The bill also takes small steps to increase the state's renewable energy capacity and expands the scope of net metering in NH which are all positive steps that NH can take to reduce our energy use..
