I was a victim of the Sackler family’s greed and became a victim of the opioid epidemic. When regulations tightened up I ended up shooting heroin for about ten years. Was then hooked on addictive maintenance medication (Suboxone) for a few years. Kratom and Kratom alkaloids gave me my life back. Sure it may not be perfect, as I still live in pain daily.. even with my “medication” available to me. Taking it away would more or less guarantee an early grave for myself and many others who rely on this plant for support and the strength to keep fighting
