I, Alice Bobroff, oppose SB434. This partisan bill does not represent the wishes of the broader community. The goal of the bill is redundant, while its vagueness is excessively prohibitive of First Amendment rights. If this bill passes, it will allow individuals to impose their tastes over the rights of many. The effort required by institutions to remain in compliance will deprive time and resources from more meaningful endeavors. I believe this is actually the intended goal of this bill. For the benefit of NH children, I beg you: DO NOT PASS.
