Greetings. I am testifying in opposition to SB430. As written, this unnecessary proposed law is prone to unneeded errors of interpretation and misuse of unneeded regulation. There are already tools that mandate what is sought in this bill. This is another nanny law trying to control what it does not understand. It should not pass, but if it does, we hope it will be vetoed.
