I vehemently oppose this bill. The cost is inconsistently estimated by its own sponsor. Congress should be addressing our current failure to adhere to court mandates regarding state vs municipal education before adding unnecessary expenses of which the benefits are unequal at best. Lang’s description of our NH education trust fund surplus, during a statewide funding crisis, is infuriating as a taxpayer preparing for a 12% increase in my tax outlay. Do better.
