I oppose the non-germane amendment, which is the text of HB 1616. This is a replace-all amendment to bring back HB 1616, which was tabled last session. HB 1616 is an anti-vaccine bill that would prohibit “any state agency or political subdivision from using public funds to advertise or otherwise promote vaccines.
