I am opposed to this bill. We in Goffstown pay high taxes because of the and do not have many businesses to help off-sett that cost. Manchester pays low taxes and would benefit by sending its students here. I moved to NH and specifically Goffstown for the schools. Now funding is becoming an issue and I don’t want to add to the problem with open enrollment.
