I live on a small lake, and I am aware of the fact that cyanobacteria blooms are increasing across New Hampshire. I have learned that the existing mitigation fund is nearly depleted, and I support the creation of a task force to develop long-term, sustainable funding for New Hampshire's Cyanobacteria Loan and Grant Fund.
