School funding is already inequitable in the state of New Hampshire, and relies much too heavily on property taxpayers dollars. The state has been ruled more than once to not be paying its fair share of student educational funds. To allow money to be shuffled around like this will continue to cause some districts to become even more under-resourced and leave students and staff suffering. This is irresponsible at best and cruelly destructive of public education at worst.
