I am supportive of Cyanobacteria mitigation. I am not in support of this bill. The reason being There is much NH can do without further taxing the public. Stop salting roads near water bodies. Put in legislation to eliminate gravel road runoff. Theses are huge causes of phosphorus entering our Lakes. It won’t be long until budget shortfalls force this tax money into the general budget and this problem will cease being funded. That is my experience with other states. Hire more people at DES!!
