This bill attempts to dehumanize our friends, family, and neighbors by reducing them to one single aspect of their being. It is unnecessary and only serves to stir up fear and misinformation about folks who may be different from you or me. The state has no evidence that policing the movements of trans people is necessary or constitutional.
