I oppose SB101 because it will create a situation for which districts are unable to plan or budget AND it will put a strain on the funding intended for that local district. Many of these districts are already strapped for funding that depends on the local taxpayers, particularly when there is little industry or a broad tax base, such as my town of Goshen and many of our neighbors in Sullivan County!
