Please stop with these ridiculous mean spirited bills that are designed to make life more difficult for our immigrant neighbors. If the goal of this bill is to better incorporate non-english speaking members of our community then this should be done through initiatives that introduce positive incentives and benefits for these members to learn English as a second (or third or forth) language, not to punish them and make life more difficult therefore making them feel more alienated and ostracized from the community. And if the goal is to make life so difficult that they will leave altogether (which you cannot opening and honestly legislate since it is against our constitution), then check your conscious and recognize the cowardliness in wasting legislative time to such bullying measures that state one objective while pursuing another - the dishonesty and lack of community spirit is truly shameful.
