The language someone speaks is not essential for knowing how to drive, but I don't understand why they cannot have an interpreter with them. I think this bill is discriminatory and in appropriate. Also, cell phone technology now has the ability to translate language instantly. This bill will have a negative effect on the transportation of goods, since many people drive for a living.
