As an adult recently screened for AUDHD this bill feels incredibly draconian. My life has been plagued by many struggles that I was not given the proper resources or care to manage, and have only recently been fortunate enough to take steps to address. I cannot speak for the complete efficacy of this council, but if it spares even one person from the difficult road I've walked it is worth its weight in gold. Members of the neurodivergent community have only just begun to receive acknowledgement and representation in the world. Now is not the time to dismantle what they have been given. I STRONGLY oppose this bill and recommend ITL.
