I vote OTP for this bill. Vaccinations are a private medical decision between parents, children, and their physician. Parents should be present and made aware of serious side effects. Children are not able to make that decision on their own. Mistakes have been made in the past and a child could have a serious, deadly reaction if a mistake is made. Please vote OTP on this bill.
