All minors absolutely should have their parent or guardian present at the time of any medical injection. Removing the parent guardian oversight it’s fundamentally inappropriate. Utilizing a school as a clinic site is an acceptable option but a parent must be present. We cannot be providing non urgent medical care at school independent from parents and guardians.
