Parents who wish to vaccinate their children have ample opportunity to do so, and they are fully aware and take full advantage of said opportunities. Vaccination clinics have no place on school grounds, as they are unnecessary, and they can be used as a way to sidestep parental choice. Parents are solely responsible for their childrens' health, and must maintain control of all healthcare decisions.
