To whom it concerns, I have practice medicine in New Hampshire for 25 years. Over the past 5 years I have seen an overreaching Federal Government, Medical Society's and Hospital Associations take over the practice of medicine. During the pandemic, physicians with legitimate concerns were silenced with threat of censure or loss of license for speaking about emerging therapies and concerns on therapies that were being pushed. As a result lifesaving therapies were not instituted and life threatening therapies were with no regard for the well being of the patient. As a result physicians were silenced. This bill in my opinion would allow physicians to find better ways of caring for patients without threat of reprisals by the groups who hold the power.
