Please oppose this bill and help save womens lives. Only medical facilities such as Planned Parenthood provide evidenced-based reproductive health care by trained medical providers. Non-medical facilities such as anti-abortion clinics do not have trained medical staff to diagnose, nor are they equipped to provide medical treatments and interventions in the event of emergency. According to a July 2025 article from "The Commonwealth Fund" on Maternal Mortality in The United States, 2025, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, infection/sepsis and excessive bleeding are just a few of the issues pregnant women may experience. Preventing and restricting access to accurate and timely information as well as reproductive health care and treatment by trained professionals increases the likelihood of injury and death for mother and unborn child. New Hampshire has one of the lower rates for maternal and infant mortality. Please support the safety and well-being of our parents and children by maintaining access to reproductive health care.
