New Hampshire should be enabling access to vaccines, not making them more restrictive. I remember when I was very young all the kids in my school lined up for our smallpox vaccine. As a result, smallpox was eliminated in America. It took a little longer for it to be eliminated worldwide. Parental involvement is a good thing but it should not be used as an unnecessary barrier. It would make much more sense for a kid to get a parental signature on a consent form.
