It is not the business of education to offer vaccine clinics within school hours. No wonder academic performance has decreased when time is spent on business that is not essential to learning. It is absurd that children were vaccinated in error. Parents should also be present when vaccines are administered. It is perfectly reasonable to offer clinics outside of school hours when parents are present. If parents cannot be present for the after hours clinics, there are many options outside of school for children to be vaccinated.
