Greetings House Environment and Agriculture Committee Members, Along with strong support for this bill for community protection and public engagement regarding the impacts of landfill siting, we thank you for your ongoing care and wisdom in supporting the reform of landfill siting and regulation. Special thanks to the great majority of you who endorsed Rep. Germana's HB 1138 last week to limit the importation of out-of-state trash with all of the toxins it bring to New Hampshire's water, air, soil.
