SNAP is such a vital resource for the elderly who are already struggling with rising healthcare costs, high electric bills and everything else that is going up- including Medicare. I have worked in the nonprofit sector for over thirty years, I have seven years experience as a SHIP counselor in NH as well as a Senior Medicare Patrol. This role has given me a close look at how seniors are doing and I can tell you they are severely struggling to keep up with the high costs. SNAP provides food these seniors would not have. There is no reason to support this bill! Please oppose HB 1773! Thank you, Lori Raymond
