I strongly oppose terminating NH’s participation in the federal refugee resettlement program. The State currently receives $4.5 million in federal funding as part of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). All of the refugees who came to NH or the few now coming are here legally through USRAP. This funding and these people actually benefit our state.
