While I am personally in support of removing ED315 rules, I don't understand why the Prime Sponsor, who is a sitting member of HEAC, did not consult all of the Representatives from member organizations before filing this bill. Members of HEAC, and the Home Education community at large deserve better governance than this. The lack of collaboration with the Home Education community is a pattern.
