There are so many studies showing that implementing abortion restrictions, like what’s proposed in this bill, leads to higher maternal and infant mortality rates. If wanting to reduce the number of abortions is the goal, then implementing Comprehensive Sexual Education is a more effective approach. Studies show that CSE leads to less unplanned and teen pregnancies.
