I oppose this bill for several reasons: 1. i think 20 weeks is too young to be able to survive. 2. I think it is between the pregnant individual, family, and doctor to decide what is appropriate in any given situation. 3. I don't believe that the legislature should decide what the pregnant person and her family can do. Options can be offered, but it is not up to the legislature to decide to make a criminal out of a woman who makes her decision based on her own personal circumstances.
