To Whom It May Concern I am writing to you as a life long NH resident and a NH elementary school teacher with 25+ years teaching experience. Reading Recovery is an essential educational program in our state. In my professional opinion it is a cornerstone program, ensuring all of our Granite State students learn to read. I politely request that we reject this bill to repeal the reading recovery training program. Thank you.
