Leave abortion rights alone! Nobody is aborting a baby at 20+ weeks unless they've had very bad news about the baby from their anatomy scan (like organs outside the body, missing entirely) or amniocentesis results. Anyone who didn't want a baby, so their reason for abortion is simply that contraception failed them has already acted on the situation long before 20 weeks. If they've kept the baby til 20+ weeks, they want that baby. Don't criminalize the decision to abort because the child will suffer. Don't force the child who is known to be unable to survive to come into the world to suffer.
