I highly support this bill, repealing a section of the 2025 budget trailer bill where the Republican majority of our legislature essentially tells the New Hampshire Supreme Court they don't have to listen to them or our state's Constitution. Statements like this undermine the system of checks and balances our state and our country function on, and it seems like nothing more than the Republican party wanting to whine about court decisions they don't like or that don't favor them. Decisions like the section this bill attempts to repeal just show that some Republican members (or libertarian, however they want to be addressed) seem to want to disregard the very founding principles of America to further their own agenda.
