Abortion care is HEALTH care. As a professional perinatal registered nurse I care for patients who make difficult pregnancy related decision every day. The right of ANY pregnant person to make decisions regarding their own pregnancy MUST be preserved. Restricting access to ALL health care - including abortion care - is VITAL to the health and well being of ALL pregnant persons.. Restricting healthcare for women is biased, inequitable and unethical, Bodily autonomy and pregnancy decisions belong between a pregnant person and their healthcare provider. Pregnancy terminations greater than 20 weeks are for either maternal or fetal indications and NO GOVERNMENT PERSON has rights over bodily autonomy issues for anyone other than themselves. I overwhelmingly OPPOSE this bill and respectfully demand that NH elected officials STAND UP for women’s rights and PRESERVE ALL pregnancy decision rights. Respectfully, Justine Carmody
