To Whom it May Concern, Abortion is a necessary form of Health Care and there should not be a limitation at 20 weeks. Every family has the right to do what they feel is best for their body. If you were given a diagnosis that a fetus growing inside you is dead at 23 weeks and keeping it inside you would kill you, an Abortion would be the best chance to save yourself. If you put a ban on it, that could mean a lot of danger for at risk pregancies and the women carrying them. I am hoping to start a family and I want to know if the state I live in would support me if the worst case scenario happens. Thank you.
