Parental rights to observe and be present when their children’s rights to freedom of healthcare that presently is the law must not be violated as it was during the COVID plandemic when children were vaccinated without parental permission. This legislation reinforces the law demanding the vaccine clinics be held after school hours when parents can observe. Schools better start doing a better job of educating children with the 3R’s , instead of sticking their nose in healthcare. Maybe the high percentage of illiteracy for decades, that continues to be a powerful testimony to expose the Schools in the US , at the highest price produce a continuing mediocre product - maybe they would improve. Bureaucrats, that it is almost impossible to fire, playing doctor is a dangerous and illegal act of government. I urge you to support HB1449. Russ Payne
