I strongly oppose HB 1378. Parents already have full access to their minor child's medical records except for certain protected classes. This bill seeks to overturn limited access based on specific treatments for mature minors who have legally consented to mental and sexual health treatments, or if a provider determines that disclosure may cause harm to the minor.
