Today I write to oppose HB1773 relative to food and drink purchased under SNAP. This bill is stresses an already financially stressed small business community, with the burden falling on food retailers, not to mention denying families the affordability to purchase healthy foods like energy bards, yogurt treats, and other healthy food options.
