Given that Karen Liot Hill was absolved of any wrongdoing by the State via the NH Attorney General's clearing of her, there is no standing for this bill. This is a clear attack partisan attack that doesn't belong in New Hampshire politics. Not only do I oppose the bill, I oppose the premise for the bill. It should have waited until the Attorney General ruling, and once the determination was clear that there was nothing out of line, all efforts toward impeachment should have ceased immediately. This kind of partisan grandstanding is theatrical and distracts from the real work legislators are elected to do, erodes public trust, and undermines our democracy.
