We have seen this bill several times before. It requires that all parents have full access not only to their child's medical records, but to their electronic portals and records until the age of 18. The bill passed both chambers last year, but was "Christmas tree'd" by the Senate- meaning they amended the bill to include many unrelated bills as political leverage against the House. The bill ended up falling victim to political games and died. The fact that it was used as political play was not okay, and this bill needs to PASS!!!
