Parents have the natural right and duty to make all decisions related to the healthcare of their minor children. Any policies – whether by a level of government or private action – that deny a parent access to his or her child's medical records is creating an injustice by subverting natural rights. It is incumbent on the government to resolve this situation to restore the natural rights that are currently being violated.
