This bill undermines democratic ideals and attempts to shirk our responsibility to prepare future generations to be good citizens. Kristin Noble again attempts to undermine public good and make it easier for schools to be set up in a manner that could be misused and not only underserve our students but also lead to educational practices that are detrimental to the foundations of democracy.
