There is no need to deny people the ability to take a commercial driver's license skills test because English is not their first language. These people are trying to better themselves and support our transportation needs. As long as the person can demonstrate that they can read and understand what's needed to drive safely, and that they have the skills to safely operate the vehicle, that is all we should be concerned with. Should we be denying U.S. Citizens of Puerto Rico for instance from taking the skills test? Thanks, Jim Mason Hancock
