Good morning, I *OPPOSE* HB 1712 and I want you to vote against it. HB 1712 amends the establishment, funding, and auditing requirements relative to charter schools in NH and so-called "charter conversion schools," which are public schools 'converted' into charter schools for the sole purpose of reduced accountability, reduced oversight, and reduced student performance outcomes. Once again, it was introduced by Free Stater Kristin Noble in her quest to attack all things public schools in NH and bring harm, limited accountability, and lack of oversight to our state's fine public schools.
