I respectfully urge you to vote Ought to Pass on HB1456 and uphold the separation of powers in New Hampshire. The Legislature should not shield itself from constitutional review on education funding. When the State fails to meet its constitutional duty, towns like Claremont and Newport bear the burden through higher property taxes. Please support HB1456.
