Greetings from Sullivan County I support this bill to prevent suppression of professional speech. The use of licensing and permitting to keep doctors toeing the government line was an attack on the first amendment rights of doctors I hope never to see again. I prefer ending the guild and socialized controls that places docs in a guild above the law, but it will take a lifetime to fix the balkanized regulatory mess that is american health care. Until then, this will have to do.
