"Gender identity" is a metaphysical belief which is being used by activists to erase the sex-based rights of women and girls, and to violate the bodily autonomy of vulnerable children and teens. Our public schools require students to state their "preferred pronouns" in class and declare their "gender identity" on forms. "Gender identity" is not a material reality. There is no gender organ, there is no evidence or diagnostic test for gender. Undefinable terms based on nebulous beliefs have NO place in law! It is an egregious violation of the First Amendment for our government institutions to enshrine a metaphysical belief in law and to require citizens to participate in rituals based on that belief. As a parent and teacher, I implore you to restore truth and freedom in our schools and in public life. Stop using the law to require participation in a fictional human sex changes!!!
