Every day across New Hampshire, frightened young mothers, struggling fathers, and innocent children are given hope—because someone cared enough to help. That someone is our Pregnancy Help Centers (PHCs). There are 19 of them across our state—quiet heroes in our communities—offering pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing, prenatal education, parenting classes, and even practical items like diapers, formula, and baby clothes. Every service is offered freely, given in love, and often accompanied by the words, “You are not alone.” These centers don’t just meet physical needs—they bring light into moments of fear, and remind families that every life is precious.
