This bill will lead to women and girls who don’t appear pretty enough being harassed and prevented from using the bathroom. It obviously harms trans people who already suffer higher rates of kidney disease from trying to avoid public bathrooms. How do you expect members of the public to verify who is using the correct bathroom? This endangers women and girls, it doesn’t protect them.
